When you make a booking request: identity, email, phone, country, dates, group composition and message. Legal basis: pre-contractual measures (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
Recipients & processors
Your data is processed by the owner and by our technical processors: Supabase (database, EU), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting, EU). If you accept it in the cookie banner, browsing data is also sent to Google (Google Analytics 4) for audience measurement. No data is sold.
Retention & rights
Retained for 24 months without a booking, then purged/anonymised. You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, and to object to its processing: villarosesardegna@gmail.com (reply within 30 days). You can also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, such as the CNIL in France or the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali in Italy.
